The Arlo design utilizes soft sweeping profiles that are opposed from the length to the width of the surface. This detail gives a unique shape to the table and a great point of textural reference, especially at the end grain that starts to fall away thought out the radius and shows off the undulating growth rings of the solid lumber used in every table. The same design language is carried into the base which highlights the curve into the bottom-most part of the table which is knife-edged to create an intentional shadow line where the base meets the floor.
